Cooperation of the University of Žilina with CTT at CVTI of the Slovak Republic in the field of technology transfer
The University of Žilina has concluded a cooperation agreement with CVTI of the Slovak Republic, within which the Department for Science and Research can mediate the provision of support services to the University of Žilina for the protection and commercialization of its intellectual property. Cooperation includes support provided by the Technology Transfer Centre at CVTI of the Slovak Republic, which enables the Department for Science and Research to implement the individual steps of technology transfer, starting from the declaration of intellectual property and estimation of its commercial potential, preparation and submission of patent application to the search for commercial partners from the private sector and the negotiation of licensing terms associated with the preparation of licensing agreements.
