- Notify the immigration police about the stay, so they can receive a residence card, which needs to be brought to the HR UNIZA for inspection
- Transcript from the criminal record from the native land or country, where the applicant lived for an extended period before coming to Slovakia
- Educational attainment certificate – recognition of attained education in the Slovak Republic, if needed
- Health insurance card issued in Slovakia
- In case of concurrent employment relationships in the EU, the PD A1 form is also needed
- If the agreement on the delegation of responsibility under Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council was signed, it is necessary to present the amount of levies and taxes for both the employee and the employer from the country of employment or assignment according to PD A1. Subsequently, a confirmation of payment of these levies and taxes must be delivered to UNIZA.
