On April 22, 2026, a special event took place, organized by our Technological incubator, in cooperation with the American Embassy. In her presentation, Shelli Brunswick, who has long been dedicated to connecting the space sector and advanced technologies with their real economic and social impact, introduced a practical approach to leadership and growth through four key pillars:

• Leadership – defining a vision, direction, and responsibility
• Awareness – understanding one’s surroundings, systems, and opportunities
• Approach – networking, building partnerships and bridges to opportunities
• Acting – transforming ideas into reality and measurable progress
