2. Graduate profile and learning objectives
a Learning objectives of the study programme such as student's abilities at the time of completion of the programme and the main learning outcomes

The board of guarantors and the authority from practice agreed on the proposal to modify the name of the study program (part-time form) "transport services" to "transport services and logistics", which more accurately describes the true focus of the study program, better describes the profile of the graduate, and the incorporated changes accept the requests and comments of interested groups, especially employers , cooperating institutions, but also graduates and students. The implementation of the study program modification proposal is preceded by systematic monitoring of the internal and external environment, and subsequently the study program modification proposal is processed and submitted in accordance with the formalized processes of the Internal Quality Assurance System at the University of Žilina in Žilina. As part of the processes that are set up in the VSK UNIZA, the competent authorities commented on the proposal for harmonization of the mentioned study program in accordance with the UNIZA Directive no. 214 Structures of the internal quality assurance system for creating, modifying, approving and canceling study programs at the University of Žilina in Žilina. In their opinions, there was a clear demand to change the name of the study program from the original name "transport services" to the new name "transport services and logistics", while the affiliation to the original field of study "transport" does not change, for the reason that the new name will better describe the requirements of practice, as well as the content of the study program itself, which corresponds to the current but especially the future requirements of professional practice and research, which is mainly supported by the EU.

In the part-time form of study, the doctoral student must submit a written work for the dissertation examination by the deadline determined by the academic calendar of the relevant academic year. In the part-time form of study, a doctoral student can take a dissertation exam if he/sheas been awarded at least 60 credits, received an assessment from the Methodology of Scientific Work with a classification grade in the range of A-E, successfully completed a foreign language exam and submitted a written work for the dissertation exam, while:

  1. the subjects determined by the study plan (except for a foreign language) must be completed by the doctoral student only as part of the dissertation examination (the evaluation will be entered by individual examiners in the index and minutes of the dissertation examination and the supervisor in the Academic Information and Education System),
  2. the dissertation exam consists of a part consisting of a discussion on the written work for the dissertation exam and a part in which the doctoral student has to demonstrate theoretical knowledge in the subjects determined by the study plan,
  3. in the event that the doctoral student does not pass the dissertation examination, the procedure is followed in accordance with the effective Study Regulations for the third degree of university studies at the University of Žilina .

In the part-time form of study, the doctoral student must complete the dissertation examination within 24 months from the date of registration for doctoral studies, according to the date determined by the academic calendar of the relevant academic year.

A doctoral student may apply for permission to defend his/her dissertation if he/she has earned at least 160 credits during his/her studies, actively participated in at least one faculty presentation of the results of his/her doctoral studies, and published the results of his/her scientific work in at least one journal or collection registered in one of the renowned bibliographic scientific databases. for example. SCOPUS and Web of Science, while:

  1. in the part-time form of study, the doctoral student is obliged to apply for permission to defend the dissertation no later than in the 4th year of study, according to the date determined by the academic calendar of the relevant academic year,
  2. to the application for permission to defend, the doctoral student shall attach the details of the dissertation according to the effective directive Study Regulations for the third degree of university studies at the University of Žilina .

If there is a change in the study program in the field of study, the credits earned up to that point can be recognized for the doctoral student, if it is in accordance with his new study plan. The dean decides on the transfer or the granting of credits.

No later than August 31 for the relevant academic year, the supervisor submits to the dean an annual evaluation of the fulfilment of the doctoral student's study program with a statement as to whether or not he/she recommends his continuation in studies. The supervisor evaluates the status and level of completion of the doctoral student's study program, compliance with deadlines, awards credits and, if necessary, submits a proposal to modify his/her individual study program. The dean decides, based on the annual evaluation of the doctoral student, whether the doctoral student can continue his/her studies, as well as any changes in his/her study program.

A doctoral student can request to interrupt his/her doctoral studies (even repeatedly) in both the standard and the extra-

standard length of study due to maternity leave, health reasons, because of his/her study stay abroad, which is not part of his individual study plan, or other serious reasons. Interruption of studies is permitted by the dean. As a rule, the total time of interruption of doctoral studies does not exceed 18 months. In special, justified cases, e.g. during the next maternity leave, the dean may decide to suspend doctoral studies for a longer period of time, but not more than 36 months.

If a doctoral student in the part-time form of doctoral studies during the academic year grossly neglects the obligations arising from the individual study plan, the dean of the faculty may, on the basis of the supervisor's proposal, with the approval of the departmental committee, or of the working group or SOK to exclude a doctoral student from doctoral studies (§ 66, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Act on Higher Education), while the decision on exclusion from studies becomes final on the day of delivery, or on the day of return of the parcel by post (§ 66 paragraph 2 of the Act on Higher Education).

i Rules for the assignment, processing, opposition, defence and evaluation of final theses in the study programme; list of the supervisors of final theses with the assignment to topics (indicating the contact details)

The rules for submitting, processing, opposing, defending and evaluating final theses in the study program are set out in Directive no. 110 Study schedule for the third degree of university studies at the University of Žilina

A dissertation is considered the final work (Article 1, Section 9).

Rules for submitting theses (Article 2, Paragraph 4):

The dean of the relevant faculty will list the topics of dissertations that can be applied for as part of the admissions process no later than two months before the last day for submitting applications for doctoral studies. Dissertation topics on the proposal of supervisors after the prior approval of the chairman of the trade union committee,

respectively the chairman of the working group or SOK is approved by the dean. If it is a topic listed by an external educational institution, it will also state the name of this institution. The name of the study program, the name of the supervisor, the form of study (full-time, part-time), the deadline for submitting applications and the date of the admission procedure are indicated for each listed topic. Dissertation topics, together with the above requirements, are published on the official bulletin board and in a mass manner according to a special regulation (§ 57 paragraph 5 of the Act on Higher Education and Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on free access to information on amendments to certain laws ( Act on Freedom of Information)).

Rules for processing final theses (Article 6, paragraph 4; Article 7, paragraph 5):

The preparation of the final thesis is professionally guaranteed by the supervisor.

Rules for opposing theses (Art. 14):

Opponents of the dissertation are appointed by the dean on the proposal of the chairman of the committee, or chairman of the working group or SOK. Opponents are chosen from among experts in the issue being addressed. Each of the opponents must be from a different organization. There can be one opponent from the faculty where the doctoral student is studying.

The dissertation is assessed by at least two opponents. At least one opponent must have a scientific-pedagogical title of professor, or he must have a scientific-pedagogical title of docent and hold the position of professor, or he must have the scientific rank of Doctor of Sciences, or he must be a researcher with a recognized scientific qualification level I. or IIa. 1. on the topicality of the chosen topic,
  2. to fulfil the set goals of the dissertation,
  3. to the chosen processing methods,
  4. to the achieved results, indicating what new knowledge the dissertation brings and where it was published,

At the end, it will be clearly stated whether, based on the submitted dissertation, it proposes or does not propose the awarding of the academic title PhD. in the relevant study program in the field of study.

Rules for the defense of theses (Art. 13-14):

Before submitting the application for permission to defend the dissertation, the doctoral student will conduct an internal defense at his workplace. The faculty determines the time schedule for the preparation of the defense of the dissertation from the submission of the application for permission to defend the dissertation to its completion. After receiving the application for permission to defend the dissertation, the dean submits to the chairman of the trade union committee, or to the chairman of the working group or SOK, the doctoral student's application together with the dissertation and asks him for a proposal for the composition of the commission for the defense and the proposal of the opponents. In the case of a topic listed by an external educational institution, a member from this external educational institution is also included in the proposal for the composition of the committee for the defense of the dissertation.

If the submitted dissertation is of an interdisciplinary nature, the dean will submit the materials listed in par. 3 for approval by the chairman of the trade union commission, or to the chairman of the working group or SOK in the field in which the results of the presented work are to have the main contribution and in which the doctoral student will be awarded an academic title. The proposal of the committee, including the opponents, must also include representatives of another study field or fields in which the dissertation has a significant impact.

Dean at the proposal of the chairman of the commission, or the chairman of the working group or SOK appoints the committee for the defense of the dissertation and at least two opponents.

The defense of the dissertation can be held even in the case of one negative assessment, but with the participation of the opponent who gave it. If there are more negative reviews, the defense can only be carried out after the deficiencies mentioned in the reviews have been eliminated and the dissertation has been re-assessed (Article 13, paragraph 10).

Rules for the evaluation of final theses (Article 15, Paragraphs 8-16):

After the end of the defense, a closed session of the commission is held, in which its members, including the opponents and the supervisor, will participate. At a closed session, the course and result of the defense and the possibility of using the results of the dissertation in practice will be evaluated. At the same time, the committee and the opponents will decide in a secret vote whether the committee proposes to award the doctoral student an academic title. Subsequently, the committee evaluates the defense of the dissertation with a grade, while the classification is carried out according to the classification scale, which consists of six classification levels (A-FX). In case the committee decides not to award an academic degree, the evaluation of the defense is FX.

At the university level, the mentioned procedures are defined by Directive no. 198 Support for study applicants and students with specific needs at the University of Žilina . Both UNIZA and the faculty provide individualized support and create suitable conditions for students with specific needs in the study program Transport Services.

In the individual phases of the study cycle, the study rules are appropriately applied to the conditions of students with specific needs, in particular the conditions of the admission procedure (Directive No. 209, Article 7), the possibility of allowing an individual study plan (Directive No. 209, Article 8) and overall study conditions (Directive No. 209, Article 9).

The procedures applicable to students with special needs of the given study program are:

  • For programs provided at the faculty, the dean may allow students with specific needs, with serious health problems, tostudy according to an individual study plan (hereinafter referred to as "IŠP").
  • IŠP is drawn up by the student in cooperation with the guarantor of the study program and approved by the dean or vicedean for science and research in cooperation with the guarantor of the study program.
  • The conditions of study according to the IŠP must be agreed with the teachers during the first week of the relevantsemester at the latest if possible. IŠP must enable the student to acquire the same knowledge in the subjects of study as a standard study plan using other forms and methods of teaching.
  • If an applicant for studies with specific needs is required to take an entrance exam, based on his application and afterevaluating his specific needs in accordance with §100 par. 9 letters b) of the Act on Higher Education Dean, or the vicedean for science and research, will determine the form of the entrance exam and the method of its execution, taking into account his specific needs and in accordance with Directive no. 198 Support for study applicants and students with specific needs at the University of Žilina .
  • In justified cases, at the student's request, the dean may allow an individual form of study organization for students withspecific needs and students from a disadvantaged social environment in accordance with Directive no. 198 Support for study applicants and students with specific needs at the University of Žilina .
  • A student can submit a request to be included in the register of students with specific needs, if he agrees to theevaluation of specific needs. The application is submitted to the relevant faculty coordinator at the beginning of the academic year.

Attaches relevant documents to the application, which are:

  1. a medical certificate not older than three months, which is mainly a medical report, a report on the course and development of the disease and disability or an extract from the medical documentation, or
  2. statement of a psychologist, speech therapist, school psychologist, school speech therapist or special pedagogue.
  • Based on the recommendation of the committee for the evaluation of specific needs, the dean issues a decision ongranting the status of a student with specific needs for the entire duration of the study program in the given degree. With this document, the student demonstrates his ability to communicate with university teachers and other university employees as needed.
  • In some cases, on the recommendation of the committee for the evaluation of specific needs, it is possible to issue adecision on granting the status of a student with specific needs for one academic year, namely for students with specific needs whose health condition is expected to improve.
  • A student with specific needs is entitled to support services in accordance with § 100 par. 4 of the Act on HigherEducation. Adequate adjustments and support services are established for the entire period of study of the given study program.

Students have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their rights, information on the provision of support services and the necessary forms on the website of the university and faculty:

Procedures for filing complaints and appeals by students

The students of the given study program have sufficient mechanisms for reviewing suggestions in order to assert their rights:

  • the existence of a box for submitting anonymous suggestions,
  • suggestions submitted to their representatives in the Academic Senate of FPEDAS, the supervisor, the guarantor of thestudy program, the vice-dean for science and research and the dean; the dean of the faculty deals with every complaint, whether it is an anonymous or non-anonymous complaint,
  • students can submit their suggestions at a meeting with the dean, which is regularly organized by the student part of theFPEDAS academic senate, the proceedings of which are published on the faculty's Facebook page or on the website: https://fpedas.uniza.sk/sk/studenti/vseobecne-informacie/oznamy ,
  • students can also write their criticisms and suggestions as part of the quality research, which is carried out at the facultyin the MsTeams application after each teaching part of the semester, where students can anonymously comment on the quality of the teacher's approach and the quality of the teaching itself using a rating scale of 1-5, and at the same time providing a comment on the assessed area,
  • Students will be able to address their suggestions to their representatives in the Council of the Transport Services study program.

The review of suggestions is transparent and takes place with the participation of student representatives.

On an informal level, students can also use a meeting with the faculty management, information is available at: https://fpedas.uniza.sk/sk/studenti/vseobne-informacie/oznamy/kava-s-dekanom.

b Characteristics of the study programme information management (access to study literature according to Course information sheets, access to information databases and other information sources, information technologies, etc.)

At the university level, processes, procedures and structures are defined by Directive no. 217 Resources to support the educational, creative and other related activities of the University of Žilina (https://www.uniza.sk/images/pdf/kvalita/2021/smernica-UNIZA-c-217.pdf).

Access to study literature:

The University Library of the University of Žilina  (UK UNIZA http://ukzu.uniza.sk/) is a central workplace providing complex library and information activities within the framework of profiling UNIZA, its individual fields of study and study subjects by acquiring and making available professional monographs, textbooks, scripts, standards, gazettes, legislative documents, periodical literature, statistical reviews and yearbooks, language and professional dictionaries, encyclopedias, electronic information carriers, electronic information sources, electronic books.

Together with the sub-libraries, UK UNIZA reached 215,398 library units, purchased 241 titles of periodicals, of which 118 were foreign titles. The annual increase was 3,408 library units. Foreign titles in foreign languages ??represent

approximately 60% of the library's total collection. It has 3,032 audiovisual and electronic units in its fund, including 154 digital books and electronic scripts/learning texts.

For users, UK UNIZA has 3 study rooms with a capacity of 216 study places. 3 quiet boxes have been added for studying in a separate quiet space for individuals or groups of up to 10 users. Quiet boxes allow Internet connection with your own PC with the option of renting a data projector and printing materials. The quiet boxes have flipcharts and a wall board. There is a workplace for readers with disabilities in the premises of the rental office. In addition to electrically adjustable desks, there is a specially adapted computer with voice input, a special keyboard and a program to facilitate learning. Barrier-free entrance is provided to these premises. In front of the entrance to the library, there is a smart bench with the possibility to connect to Wi-Fi, charge your phone and other mobile devices.

21,172 library items (basic study literature, electronic and audio-visual documents, final and qualification theses, standards) and periodical literature are freely available for face-to-face study in the study halls. Electronic databases corresponding to the subject profile of the university are accessible in the study rooms (also via other IP addresses of the university) - a total of 14 databases, mostly providing access to full-text resources. Part of the service offer is access to the standards database with multiple entries for individual faculties. The number of searches in the EIZ is 163,195. The number of downloaded/displayed electronic documents from the fund is 96,047. The university library manages its own website, Facebook and Instagram.

In addition to the library fund in the UK, the departments have established sub-libraries (in the number of 109 sublibraries) with the possibility of borrowing for students. FPEDAS teachers try to make as much information as possible available to students, which is why they publish part of the study literature in electronic form. Chapters from scripts, presentations from lectures, graphs and methodological procedures necessary for exercises are published by teachers in the university e-learning system.

Through the university publishing house EDIS, FPEDAS teachers publish author's works - monographs, university textbooks and scripts, which are based on the needs of securing individual study subjects.

The university publishes its own journals:

https://www.uniza.sk/index.php/vedci-a-partneri/vyskumne-zazemie/vedecke-casopysy

 Access to information databases:

Students can use databases subscribed by the university such as: WOS, SCOPUS, Springer Online, Oxford Publishing, Science Direct, , Wileys, etc.

 Access to other information sources:

  1. UNIZA Academic Information and Education System (AIVS)

The basic information system for the education and teaching process is the Academic Information and Education System at ŽU. AIVS is available for students from the university domain and from the Internet. It covers the detached workplaces of the university. The university WiFi network supports EDUROAM.

Currently, AIVS covers the entire life cycle of a university student with its services, from the submission of an application to the final exam and activities related to the completion of studies at the university. AIVS supports the management of the study agenda at the faculties and other parts of the university, in all levels, forms and types of higher education, as well as decision-making at the level of the faculty leadership. It is used to record study applicants, students and graduates, to track study results, to support the credit system of studies in accordance with § 62 of Act 131/2002 Coll., to support the creation of a timetable, to record the pedagogical workload of teachers and workplaces, the provision of social benefits , scholarships and accommodation. It supports the generation of ECTS information packages (§ 20 paragraph 1 letter e), activities related to the completion of studies (certificates, diplomas), as well as the processing of addenda to diplomas (§ 68 paragraph 1 letter c).

AIVS is integrated with other information systems that are part of the university intranet, such as the university library (records of final theses, verification of final theses for originality), accommodation (waiting list, accommodation, payment records...), issuance of student ID and management of student IDs, access system, user management (identity management), attendance system (doctoral student attendance). AIVS is connected with the system of university e-mail addresses of students and with applications for digital certificate and electronic signature in selected services of AIVS logging into the system, signing documents (e.g. exam reports, final theses,...).

  1. e-education

In terms of UNIZA, e-education is built on the basis of LMS Moodle. The organization of the courses is based on controlled study with the support of information and communication technologies in close connection with the Academic Education and Information System. E-learning has been used at the university since the academic year 2004/2005. (https://uniza.sk/index.php/studenti/prakticke-informacie/e-vzdelavanie).

 Internet access:

All classrooms and laboratories in which the students of the Transport Services study program are taught have unlimited access to the Internet through the university network. UNIZA operates its own Wi-Fi network. By connecting to the university Wi-Fi network, which is accessible in all UNIZA premises, students gain free access to the UNIZA and FPEDAS websites and access to the Internet, and thus also to the faculty FB. The university WiFi network supports EDUROAM. UNIZA students also have access to the Microsoft Office 365 software package. The student license allows them to use the web and desktop applications of the Office 365 package throughout their studies.

The University of Žilina is also the owner of the Total Academic Headcount (TAH) license for MATLAB &

Simulink (https://ikt.uniza.sk/uniza-wiki/category/software/matlab/). The University of Žilina  is the owner of the license for engineering and simulation software from Ansys.

c Characteristics and extent of distance education applied in the study programme with the assignment to courses. Access, manuals of e-learning portals. Procedures for the transition from contact teaching to distance learning

The study program Transport Services is provided on a part-time basis.

Nevertheless, as a result of the emergency situation to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 disease, it was provided remotely from March 2020 through the MS Teams application, about which the students were informed in advance by the

orders of the rector and the dean and through e-mail communication with teachers.

Each study subject was and has a separate team, in which students and teachers are assigned via assigned addresses. For the sake of quality control, superior employees are also assigned to the teams - guarantor, head of department, vice dean for science and research, dean.

Teachers provide students with study materials in electronic form, primarily through e-mail and the MS Teams and Moodle platforms.

9. Required abilities and admission requirements for the study programme applicants
a Required abilities and necessary admission requirements

The required skills and prerequisites for admission to study are listed in the following documents:

  • information leaflet on accredited study programs (doctoral studies) offered for the academic year 2022/2023

(https://www.uniza.sk/images/pdf/INFOLETAKY-akreditovanych-studijnych-programov/programy-20222023/FPEDAS/FPEDAS- PHD-2022-2023-3.pdf);

  • Directive no. 110 Study schedule for the third degree of university studies at the University of Žilina

Basic condition for admission to study

The basic condition for admission to doctoral studies (third-level study program) is the acquisition of a second-level university education (Act on Universities No. 131/2002 Coll., as amended) within the given field of study. In the case of a foreign applicant or a student who has completed his studies abroad, he submits to the application for university studies, no later than when enrolling for studies, a decision on the recognition of a document of completion of a second-level university education by the relevant institution in the Slovak Republic, or apply to UNIZA for recognition of the education document.

An applicant who does not demonstrate fulfilment of the basic conditions for admission to study at the time of verification of fulfilment of the conditions for admission may be admitted to study conditionally, with the obligation to demonstrate fulfilment of the basic conditions for admission to study at the latest on the day designated for enrolment. Additional terms of acceptance

Tender

All study applicants go through a selection process. For applicants coming from practice, the faculty takes into account their abilities and assumptions resulting from the focus of their practice for the last 2 years at least.

Rules of the selection procedure

The entrance exam takes place before the admission committee in the given study program, which has at least four members. The admission committee consists of its chair and at least two members appointed by the dean. Another member of the committee is the supervisor for the listed topic.

The content of the entrance exam is:

a written exam in the form of a test in one world language (meaning a language other than the applicant's mother tongue), an oral exam before the committee of the relevant field of study, the content of which is the verification of knowledge and professional and scientific orientation of the applicant in the field for which he is applying, including the reasons for choosing the given topic, the methods he expects to use in solutions to the given topic, as well as the expected conclusions of the work.

The admission committee evaluates the result of the entrance exam in a closed session with the conclusion "passed" or "failed". If several applicants were registered for one topic, they will be ranked according to the success of the entrance exam. When determining the ranking, the commission also takes into account the scope and quality of the applicant's previous professional publication activity and the results of his other professional activity (e.g. results in competitions for student scientific, professional or artistic works, professional experience, etc.). At the same time, it will determine the order of all successful applicants.

The committee submits the recommended proposal of successful applicants for admission to the dean. The dean will decide on the admission of the applicant within 30 days from the date of the entrance exam. If he decides to accept the applicant, he/she will also state the name of the supervisor and the topic of the dissertation in his decision. In addition to the above, the written decision must contain a statement, justification, instructions on the possibility of submitting a request for review of the decision and is delivered to the applicant personally. An applicant who has received a decision not to be admitted to doctoral studies may submit a request for a review of this decision to the dean. If the dean does not change his/her decision, he/she forwards the request for review of the decision to the rector (Section 58 paragraph 8 of the Act on Higher Education). By announcing the decision on admission to study, the applicant has the right to enrol in studies.

Medical fitness

The faculty does not require a medical certificate of medical fitness for university studies and accepts applications without a medical certificate.

For foreign applicants, the same admission conditions apply as for applicants from the Slovak Republic. Foreign students who study in a language other than the state language pay school fees according to the conditions specified in § 92 par. 8 of the Act on Universities. Tuition fees are determined by the UNIZA directive and published for the relevant academic year on the university's website. Foreign students who study in the Slovak language (full-time studies) do not pay school fees. Applicants from the Czech Republic can use the form valid in the Czech Republic to submit their study application. Applicants who do not actively speak Slovak or Czech are required to successfully complete language training (with the option of completing it at UNIZA). For foreign applicants accepted on the basis of interstate agreements, bilateral contracts or scholarship holders of the Slovak government, the conditions specified in the relevant documents apply.

At the faculty level, the principles and rules of the admission procedure are published on the faculty's website:

The results of the admission procedure are regularly published in the Annual Report on Faculty Activities in the Educational Activities section: https://fpedas.uniza.sk/sk/fakulta/vseobecne-informacie/uradna-tabula.

10. Feedback on the quality of provided education
a Procedures for monitoring and evaluating students' opinions on the study programme quality

Monitoring procedures and evaluation of students' opinions on the quality of the study program are regulated by Directive no. 223 Monitoring and periodic evaluation of study programs (https://www.uniza.sk/images/pdf/kvalita/2021/smernica-UNIZA-c-223.pdf).

b Results of student feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality

Significant feedback is provided by the individual character of doctoral studies in direct communication between the supervisor and the doctoral student. Students communicate with their supervisor, with whom on a daily basis, in addition to solving the pedagogical and scientific part of fulfilling the individual study plan, they provide feedback on the difficulty and quality of education.

Communication with the faculty management is ensured by the vice-dean for science and research, who organizes regular meetings for doctoral students at the training workplace, where there is room for feedback, suggestions and proposals for solving the quality of the study program.

The process of improving the quality of the transport services study program is coordinated by the guarantor of the study program. The evaluation of the study program will also be carried out by the Council of the study program, annually for the respective academic year in the Report on the evaluation of the study program. The results of monitoring and periodic evaluation of the study program can serve as a basis for adjusting the study program in accordance with the rules for adjusting the study program, which are set out in Directive no. 204 Rules for creating, modifying, approving and canceling study programs at the University of Žilina in Žilina.

The UNIZA Accreditation Council will enter the monitoring process as the highest structure of the VSK UNIZA, which systematically analyzes the level of quality of higher education provision and performs its periodic evaluation with an emphasis on the level of quality of study programs at UNIZA. During the annual periodic evaluation of the study programs, it is checked and ensured that the study programs are carried out in accordance with the standards of SAAVŠ for the internal system of quality assurance of higher education, with the standards for the study program and with the rules of VSK UNIZA.

c Results of graduate feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality

The Faculty monitors the opinions of graduates at the level of study programs, and thus also of the Transport Services program via the portal: https://fpedas.uniza.sk/~dotaznik/, where the results are evaluated electronically and then published in the Annual Report on FPEDAS activities in part 2. 7 Graduates and their application. Despite the faculty's efforts to obtain relevant data from graduates, interest in completing the questionnaire has been low in recent years.

The application of the graduates is also determined by their supervisors, as the contact between the doctoral graduate and his supervisor is very intense and immediate.

The results of feedback from graduates are evaluated at work meetings of the departments that provide the given study program and at meetings of the Dean's College, where measures are taken in connection with the information received from graduates.
